General Information
Check-In Times:
Dinner Sleigh Ride: Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in is at 4:30 PM for the 5:00 PM dinner sleigh ride departure.
Cocoa Sleigh Rides: Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure.
Summer Chuck Wagon Dinners: Check-in is at 4:45 p.m.
Policies and Reminders
- We charge a 100% cancellation fee for no shows. This fee also applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booked date.
- For the dinner sleigh rides, children age 3 and under receive no meal. Small children must sit on a lap if the sleigh or chuck wagon is at capacity.
- Prices do not include sales tax or gratuity for the staff.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. All reservations are prepaid.
- Prices and times are subject to change.
- No discounts are offered during the peak Christmas holidays.
- Please let us know at the time of your reservation if someone in your party requires a vegetarian or gluten-free meal.
